What are the service offerings at CREATIVE?

We offer exclusive design service only, but we also help you during the execution process and accompany you at various stages till the site is finalized. You may want to choose your material vendors and labours from your own reference or from our list of preferred vendors and contractors. We also help you in selection process. Or we provide you complete package of the services which will include everything in it.

Can we convey changes individually to the Designer?

It’s important that any change requests are conveyed only on WhatsApp so that we can keep track of completion and they don’t get missed out by any individuals.

What if I terminate your services in between?

Accepted Answer

The engagement of the project as per the agreement may be terminated by either the  CLIENT or by CREATIVE  at any time with a written notice. In case of such termination, CREATIVE  shall be paid with the design fees commensurate with the stages of the work at the time of the said termination.

What are your Design & Consulting fees?

Accepted Answer

For consultancy projects, we charge on lump-sum basis.
For Turnkey projects,our professional fees is inclusive in contract value.

Question 5

Do you have a copyright on your designs?

All the designs , drawings, and work executed by CREATIVE DESIGNERS shall remain the property of CREATIVE’s Designer Zone.

Question 6

What are the responsibilities of both parties during the project life cycle?

You reserve full rights to choose the team of vendors and contractors from your reference or from CREATIVE’s preferred list of vendors and contractors, according to the budget or any other applicable criteria.
CREATIVE  does not guarantee and is not responsible for the quality of materials, quality of work, pricing and timeliness of any vendors and contractors chosen by you.
CREATIVE is responsible for explaining drawings to the contractors from CREATIVE’s preferred list.
You reserve full rights for negotiating rates and for obtaining any discount from vendors and contractors.
You are solely responsible for timely payments to the vendors and contractors to avoid any delays.
You are requested to pay directly to the respective vendors and contractors. CREATIVE does not accept any payment on behalf of vendor/contractor to maintain utmost transparency in financial dealings.
CREATIVE  is not responsible for any financial dealings between CLIENT and contractors/vendor. 
CLIENT is solely responsible for getting the work done from the builder (flooring, toilet dado, kitchen otta and dado, electrical wiring, POP and painting) and it’s accuracy as per the drawings. CREATIVE  is not responsible for wrong execution, finishing and any delays by the builder.

Do We Get To See The Designs Before start of the work?

YES, our designs are first shown to you then an approval is taken and then the further process begins.

Do you take references from old projects or from the internet before designing our project?

Accepted Answer

No!! We don’t use any templatized designs nor copy any designs. All designs are custom made and designed according to your likes-dislikes, references, suggestions etc. If you would like see our design portfolio, we request you to go through our "OUR PROJECTS" page on this website, to check our designs, concepts, and working style. CREATIVE is completing 20+ years practice in this industry and we have a record of 100% client satisfaction.

Do You Come For Site Visits During Project Execution?

The specific number of site visits are assigned to each project as per the mutual understanding. .The prior appointment is necessary for the meeting at CREATIVE office during first half of the day. (10.30am to 6.30pm).CLIENT is requested to visit CREATIVE  studio for any changes in drawing or communicate through WhatsApp or Mail. CREATIVE does not provide on-site service for this purpose.

Do You Offer Both Design Services For Residential And Commercial Spaces?

Creative Designer’s  provides design services to both residential and commercial spaces .

Do You Visit Site And Give Quotation Before engaging your service?

Yes!! One site visit will be arranged as per your budget.

What Will Be The Duration Of My Site Completion?

Accepted Answer

Once finalised, generally it takes about a week to complete basic concept drawings set. Completion of site depends on your selection/site conditions.

What Are CREATIVE's Responsibilities?

CREATIVE  is responsible for all the designs performed in accordance with your requirement and explaining the approved designs to all the respective contractors and clarifying any queries.
CREATIVE  has no liability for any part of the work which the liability rests with vendor or contractor or arising from any act by them not being accordance to the design and drawings. Every working/detailed drawing shall be studied and understood by the CLIENT and contractor and clarifications shall be sought from CREATIVE’s executive prior to the execution of the work. CREATIVE shall not be liable for any modifications that client may wish to carry out after the execution of the said work or for mistakes arising due to improper understanding of the design and drawings. The CLIENT/contractor shall bring to CREATIVE’s notice, any discrepancies found in the drawings prior to execution of the work.
